An intuitive movement class designed to support emotional release, from subtle unwinding to cathartic expression
-
Caveside Somatics is an ecstatic somatic movement and embodiment class. A guided descent into the inner cave, the quiet, powerful space within where truth, emotion, and instinct reside.
Through breath, intuitive movement, and sound, you’ll be invited out of the mind and back into the body. This practice supports the release of stored tension while awakening vitality, emotional freedom, presence, and flow.
Rather than analyzing through the mind, this journey offers a direct embodied experience. It is especially supportive for those who have explored healing intellectually yet still feel tension, contraction, or stuckness held within the body.
In the cave, you may:
• Reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom
• Cultivate grounding, presence, and self-trust
• Support nervous system regulation
• Remember your roots and primal natureThis practice is open to all bodies, ages, and experience levels. The depth and intensity of each session are always self-directed, including for those navigating injuries or physical limitations.

Who: Adults (18+) • Limited to 6 participants
Cost: $45 per personWe are not meant to heal in isolation.
Shamanic Sanctuary is a new monthly ritual circle and intimate container for just six participants, created for deep healing, integration, hands-on support, and guided shamanic journey.
At the heart of this work is relationship. Through ritual, breath, sound, touch, and sacred presence, we'll remember our connection to the living world and the unseen web of support that surrounds us. Together, we'll cultivate relationship with the elements, the land, our compassionate helping spirits, our ancestors, and the wisdom held within our own bodies.
Held in the embrace of community, each gathering offers space to journey, receive guidance, witness and be witnessed, and experience the profound medicine of healing together. Supported by both spirit and one another, you'll be invited to listen deeply, trust what arises, and strengthen the relationships that nourish and sustain you long after the evening has ended.

Equinox Eve Sauna Ritual
$75 per person • Adults 18+ • Co-ed & clothing optional
Advance registration required.Join us for a traditional Nordic-inspired sauna ritual as we prepare for the turning of the season.
For our Nordic ancestors, sauna was more than bathing. It was a place of purification, healing, reverence, and connection. Songs were sung, offerings and prayers were made, and the elements and spirits of the sauna were honored.
Together, Ida will guide the group through an approximately 90-minute sauna ritual incorporating heat and cold cycles, song, offerings to the Tomte/Tontu, elemental practice, and intentional cleansing. Afterward, we’ll take time to rest, integrate, and, weather permitting, gather around the fire.
The Sauna Experience
Expect approximately 15-minute rounds in the wood-fired sauna (180–220°F), alternating with cold plunging or dousing for 2–4 rounds based on individual tolerance. Traditional sauna whisking may also be incorporated.
Our private backyard sauna space includes a wood-fired tent sauna with cedar benches, two claw-foot cold plunge tubs, an outdoor shower, covered lounging areas, and indoor space for changing, resting, and storing belongings.
