Caveside Wellness is located at 525 E Fairfield Street Gladstone, OR 97027 on the backside of the home. Please do not come to the front door.

There is one designated parking space at the top of the driveway in front of our A-frame sign. First come, first serve.

Additional street parking is available on Fairfield St and there’s plenty of additional parking around the park block of Max Patterson Park.

Look for the driveway with the Caveside Wellness sandwich board.

Walk down the driveway and enter through the back basement door to check in for your class or session.

Be advised that the driveway to the backyard entrance is at an incline. There aren’t any stairs to navigate on the premises. The lobby and cave can accommodate individual in a wheelchair but be advised that our restroom is NOT ADA accessible.

Comfortable clothing that allows full body range of motion. Layers are good for temperature fluctuations as are socks or slippers. Caveside Wellness is a shoe-free space.

A water bottle and anything you need to be comfortable on the floor ie: pillow, blankets or bolster. Yoga mats and all necessary class props are provided.
*Private sessions are typically held on a massage table. Just bring your water bottle.

To secure a booking for any class, event, or service, a 50% deposit is required. You may also pay in full at the time of booking. Any remaining balance will be collected in person on the day of your scheduled appointment.

Credit cards & PayPal accepted.

In person cash payments are welcome but you must reach out directly to Ida in advance and provide the following information:

• Name & date of the class, event, or service you’d like to book

• Your first & last name

• Contact email & cell phone number

• Gift Certificates & Class Packages can be used by yourself or someone else by entering the 'certificate code'

• All Class Packages expire 6 months from the purchase date

• All Gift Certificates expire 1 year from the purchase date

To maintain consistent, high-quality care for my clients, I ask that any appointment changes be made at least 24 hours in advance in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the session fee.

No-shows will be charged the full session fee. Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency or illness. Please send an email to ida@cavesidewellness.com to inquire about the possibility of a refund under the previously stated exceptions.
